As far as my wife recalls, ingredients include: onion, old carrots (nearly rotten), potato, lentils, tomato, ras el hanout, garlic, stock. Plus anything that took her fancy at the time.

It is definitely soup and curry season isn’t it? I am eating lentils as though they are going outnof fashion.
