Predictably, not that anyone could be bothered to predict it
I’ve embraced online shopping in a way that makes the #technorulingclass scream with ecstacy. They do it every day, every time I ditch the idea of standing up, going out and visiting a shop that sells the thing I want and sit, like my arse is glued hard to the sofa, and buy stuff I’d quite like but don’t really need, with my phone. I am a grown-up, an adult. I pay taxes and bills, etc. I should know better but I can’t be bothered remembering that I do.
I'm originally from Liverpool and worked as a national magazine journalist for more than 30 years before suffering a stroke at age 53. I started blogging as part of a neuro-rehabilitation programme and wrote the very first entries with one finger of my disabled left hand. Later, art became another therapy for me at Headway East London's Submit To Love Studios. I write about my daily activities and encounters. In 1988, I married Jane. We are still together today, sharing our lives and making each other laugh.

Two are from Canada, one from USA, and one from Norway and myself from India. Four of us blog on WordPress.

I’m impressed. Most of the online groups we joined have fizzled out.
